Contact
Two queues, both worked by a person.
One for questions about Briefcase or this website. One for a request about the information Briefcase holds about you. A person reads every message, and a privacy request runs on a clock that starts the moment it arrives.
Support
A question about Briefcase or this site.
Anything about the waitlist, the professional network, an accessibility barrier, a security issue, or a page that is not behaving. If a request was blocked by the site's automated checks, say so here.
Privacy request
A copy, a correction, or a deletion.
Ask what Briefcase holds about you, ask for a copy of it, ask for something wrong to be corrected, or ask for it to be removed. Every one of those rights is honored for every person, wherever you live, at the standard of the strongest privacy regimes, and never conditioned on giving anything up. The privacy notice sets out what is held, where it goes, and what your rights are.
- Briefcase verifies your identity before acting on a request.
- A request is answered within thirty days. If yours needs longer, you are told so, with the reason.
- Export is complete and deletion is real: a deletion propagates to every derived system, and no stranded copy remains.
Send the request from the email address you used, because that address is the only identifier your record carries and it is how Briefcase confirms the request is yours.
Other ways to reach Briefcase
This website sets no cookie of its own and carries no analytics or measurement script, so there is no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
Media, speaking, and brand asset requests go to the newsroom desks. Access-to-justice partners, programs, and courts start on the partners page. Email reaches a person at support@nextbriefcase.com, and post reaches the address in the privacy notice.
